A modern industrial HMI one-line, built to be understood by engineers and procurement alike. Switch between the one-line, the physical equipment, protection, controls, communications, sensors, data and AI analytics — every layer describes the same 13.8 kV / 480 V system, and every device is linked to its compartment in the 3D switchgear.

Positions and trips
Breaker 52a/52b contacts and relay/trip-unit event records give position and cause. The mimic shows OPEN, CLOSED, TRIPPED, MAINTENANCE and COMMUNICATION LOST as text, symbol and color — never color alone.
Measurements
Relays, trip units and power-quality meters publish voltage, current, power, harmonics, waveform captures and sequence-of-events over IEC 61850, DNP3 or Modbus to the station gateway and historian.
Sensors
Continuous temperature sensors at stabs, joints and terminations, partial-discharge sensors on MV insulation barriers and mechanism monitors add what electrical measurements cannot see.
Analytics
Health scores, thermal anomaly detection and operating-time trends support maintenance planning. Protective functions and switching operations remain governed by approved protection, control and safety procedures.
